To empower our users with control over the information they’ve shared with us during account creation, we have established a seamless account deletion process.
Users can initiate the account deletion request either through our FILL FELLOW Android and Apple mobile app or by filling out the deletion request form accessible here.
The form requires users to input their Full Name, Email and or Phone number
PROCESS FOR ACCOUNT DELETION:
Volunteers and admins of organizations, using the mobile app, can request account deletion, leading to the temporary removal of their personal details for 30 days. After the 30-day window, the details are permanently deleted our database.
MOBILE APP ACCOUNT DELETION STEPS:
- Log in to the App
- Click the Users Tab at the button navigation.
- Scroll down and click “Delete Account.“
- Confirm with “Yes.”
Your account is temporarily deleted, and within 30 days, it will be permanently removed.
ACCOUNT DELETION FOR CLIENTS
For various other users that grant explicit consent to their data being processed with Fill Fellow app per GDPR guidelines, they may request their account to be deleted by submitting a form since they do not use the mobile app.
Please provide your full name, the email address and or the Phone number that was used to grant the consent for during a session with volunteers that conduct recording sessions with Fill Fellow app.
